Throughout my career in product design, the Double Diamond process has been my go-to framework. Whether operating in Agile sprints or Waterfall cycles, I adapt its stages of exploring possibilities and refining solutions to fit the project's scale—focusing on intentional discovery and execution, rather than treating it like a strict set of rules.

Uncover the Right Problems I dive deep into user behavior and market context to find the real friction points. Through qualitative interviews, generative research, and competitive analysis, I cast a wide net to understand what users genuinely need before rushing to build.

Explore and Validate Solutions I explore multiple directions through visual storytelling and rapid prototyping. From initial sketching and low-fi wireframes to interactive design, I test assumptions early and iterate often to ensure solutions are intuitive and accessible.

Ariana Rickard
Policy Director at Sonoma Land Trust
Her organization skills matched her design abilities... Everything she created was top-notch, professional, eye-catching, and beautiful. At all our planning meetings, Christina asked great questions, took notes, and followed up on everything. I would not have been able to do this without her!
Manasa Boriah
Product Manager at Ancestry
She's thoughtful, empathetic toward users, and brings a real curiosity to solving design problems. She's also a generous collaborator and a genuinely great person to be around. Any team would be lucky to have her.
Shayne Sing
Head of Design at Ancestry
Christina is one of those people who makes every team better. She brings a warm, collaborative spirit, a thoughtful perspective, and a knack for asking the right questions, uncovering insights, and telling compelling stories. Any team would be lucky to have her.
Chai Riphenburg
Senior Lead Designer at Wells Fargo
Christina picked up complex prototyping very quickly... creating and maintaining some of our most polished simulations. Her uncommon ability to prototype at higher fidelity helps to eliminate ambiguity in the review process.
Sarah Stritter Murgel
Vice President, User Experience at Razorfish
Detailed, thoughtful, and always a team player. Christina demonstrated creative thinking, a willingness to jump right in, and amazing attention to detail on every project she touched at Razorfish. She has an incredibly solid work ethic and is a great communicator.
Kari McGlynn
Principal UX Researcher at Wells Fargo
I worked with Christina on a large-scale application redesign over nearly 2 years... She excels at balancing input from customer research with business and design constraints in order to achieve the best possible user experience.
